Red to Dead

The Dead Sea waterlevel is currently sinking at 1m/a and will have disappeared as we know it, by the end of this century. "Red to Dead" is a strategy for the attempt to save the Dead Sea whilst considering the vast socio-economic potential from linking it with the Red Sea.

14. Trans boundary issues

The Dead Sea lies on the border between Israel and Jordan. The Jordan River which feeds into the Dead Sea is formed by the confluence of three rivers the Hasbani in Lebanon, the Dan in northern Israel and the Banias in Syria
